I have had the privilige to work on these episodes and programs over the past decade. Underneath you’ll find a selection of the shows and topics I worked on.

One of my favorite projects I worked on, was the Dutch climate-security documentary series Missie Middendorp (2024) for Stepping Stone Productions. In this series former General Tom Middendorp, known as the “Climate General,” investigates how climate change acts as a threat multiplier in conflict zones. He travels to areas facing severe security risks, such as Iraq, Somaliland and Bangladesh, to examine the link between environmental issues, instability, and global peace. Amongst other things, I did in-depth research and arranged interviews for the series.

At BNNVARA, where I worked between 2017 and 2025, I worked for several online series and tv shows. For Spuiten en Slikken, for example, I performed research for the documentary De Prijs van Coke and a few other online episodes. At Kassa, as a broadcast journalist, I focused on sustainability, healthcare, and equality within tv show topics. Furthermore, I helped prepping and researching season 13 of the Dutch version of First Dates. Within this season, I was also responsible for researching and organizing the special ‘First Debates’, in which Dutch politicians went on dinner dates with floating voters, to talk about their doubts and opinions.

At BNNVARA, I developed, coordinated and executed online strategies for 4,5 years for tv-programs, amongst which Kassa, Floortje Naar Het Einde Van De Wereld, Floortje en de Ambassadeurs, 3 op Reis Midweek and 3 op Reis.

I enhanced digital engagement, oversaw content creation, and designed impactful online plans as an online coordinator, ensuring each project reached its audience effectively.

I have written a diverse range of pieces that cover everything from travel and environmental topics to sports and social issues. My work often blends investigative reporting with engaging storytelling, aimed at bringing unique perspectives to light.
